Pooles Trainee Program

We are committed to the training and development of our greatest asset, our staff. This commitment extends to providing a pathway for local people to pursue a professional career in Accounting while remaining in our community.

Our trainee program provides school leavers, or those embarking on a career change, with the opportunity to get a head start in their career while undertaking their studies on-line at the University of their choice.

How it works:

Trainees work part time, providing a balance of time at work and time for their studies. At work, they are provided with the same opportunities as a graduate. They experience wide exposure to our clients and their businesses and our internal systems and processes.

Trainees have the flexibility to structure their studies as either a full time or part time load. As they move through their course, the balance of time at work and time for study is re-assessed and is flexible. We support our trainees to experience success in both their studies and their work.

Our staged development process provides trainees with the opportunity to be well advanced in their career when they graduate.
